January 2024 Product Update

It's a new year and we're back with a bunch of new and exciting updates! Our goal at Vast.ai is to continue to bring our customers the best-in-class service they've come to expect – and always look for ways to elevate our product.

To that end, we've recently added a Teams feature so that multiple users can manage a single account! Roles and permissions are fully customizable to give you the flexibility and security you need. Teams is a beta feature and CLI-only for now, but available to anyone who's interested; see more details below.

Some other recent changes, of course, include bug fixes to keep things running smoothly at all times. The following are a few of the latest fixes we've implemented:

• Templates load now for logged-out users
• Unlisting and relisting a machine with new date correctly extends current contracts
• Host machine page now shows the correct current reserve price factor
• Fixed issue with instance bandwidth tracking breaking after 1TB is used
• Deposit Refunds is now based on when the money was deposited
• Stopping offline instances now stops them when they come back online
